It is a must that ALL eyelash serum use be discontinued 8 weeks prior to your appointment due to an increase in bleeding it can cause. Please remove eyelash extensions prior to appointment and leave off for two week post appointment. Contact lenses must be removed prior to procedure. PLEASE BRING CONTACT CASE AND OR GLASSES TO APPOINTMENT!
Discontinue ANY serums you may be using on your brows 8 weeks prior to your appointment!
If you are prone to cold sores you should talk to your physician about treatment with an anti viral beginning at least three days prior to your appointment.
THINGS TO AVOID PRIOR TO YOUR PMU APPOINTMENT
- No BOTOX two weeks before
- Avoid any products that thin blood (alcohol, supplements, aspirin, etc.) *3 days before*
Cancellation Policy: There is a non refundable booking fee of $100.00 to hold your appointment. All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to have booking fee applied to a rescheduled appointment. Any late cancellations will result in forfeiture of booking fee. No show appointments will result in 50% of the service price charged to the credit card on file.
Please Note: It is the policy of ARD STUDIO PERMANENT COSMETICS that children under 18 are not permitted inside the facility. Please be aware, if you bring a child to your scheduled appointment you will be asked to reschedule and repay your booking fee.
We work by appointment only, therefore we ask that you show up promptly at the time of your scheduled appointment, this will allow us to give each and every client the attention they deserve during these delicate and confidence inspiring procedures.

If your card is not left on file you will receive an E-MAILED invoice (check your spam and junk folders) .Your appointment may be cancelled if the invoice isn’t paid within 24 hours.
